The GREEN PEEL® herbal peeling treatment is one of the best known and proven methods for improving skin conditions. It was invented by Christine Schrammek already 60 years ago. The aim was to help people with skin problems, such as blemished and scarred skin, to have a beautiful and healthy complexion.
The desire for pure, clear skin is still an important treatment goal of the GREEN PEEL® herbal peeling, but the possibilities have become more diversified. Over the years, dermatologist Dr. med. Christine Schrammek-Drusio has further developed the methods and formulas. Different doses have created completely individual treatment methods and solutions.

The three GREEN PEEL® herbal peeling treatments – CLASSIC , ENERGY and FRESH UP – may only be offered by certified aestheticians. Their unique effect is based on a mixture of selected herbs, which contain enzymes, minerals and vitamins, among others. The herbal mixture is massaged into the skin with a special technique of massage and pressure.
Depending on the amount of the herbs used and the duration of the massage, the upper skin layer is either stimulated or completely renewed after a peeling process.
The amount of herbs plays an essential role in this process. They improve blood circulation and thus the exchange of oxygen in the skin while stimulating the cell metabolism.

During the herbal massage, the upper layers of the epidermis are removed, blood circulation, oxygen supply as well as metabolism are increased and regeneration processes are stimulated. This reduces the usual time for skin renewal from 28 days to 5 days.
New, fresh skin appears after the peeling process. The follow-up beauty finishing treatment on the 5th day is included in the price.

A GREEN PEEL® treatment can be done at any season. However, intensive sunbathing should initially be avoided after a GREEN PEEL® Classic treatment, as the rejuvenated, fresh skin is particularly sensitive to sunlight.
There exist 3 methods of the GREEN PEEL® Herbal Peeling: Fresh up, Energy and Classic. During all three methods, our GREEN PEEL® Herbs are massaged into the skin. Depending on massage pressure and consistency of the skin, this can involve sparkling and prickling, but no pain. At the utmost the herbal massage can be slightly uncomfortable. The main difference between the stronger method, our GREEN PEEL® Classic and the 2 softer methods are pressure and duration of massage. This can’t be considered a wellness treatment, but it is well bearable.
No. You can tell this by the fact that your skin therapist does not wear gloves during treatment. Our Herbal Peeling is purely natural and includes neither chemical substances nor abrasive particles.
No. The strength of the skin peeling is dependent on individual condition. However, this has no influence on the effect of GREEN PEEL® Herbal Peeling. The herbs always initiate a renewal- and regeneration process in the skin.
No, every skin is individual. Before the treatment, it is hardly possible to predict how intense the peeling will be. With most customers the skin starts to peel on the 3rd day after treatment. On day 5, after the mandatory Beauty Finish treatment, the peeling process is mostly completed. If you prefer not to be seen in public during the peeling process, you should schedule the GREEN PEEL® Herbal Peeling treatment for a Wednesday, so the peeling process will take place over the weekend. The post-treatment will follow on Monday then and downtime (if any) is minimized.

Our Original GREEN PEEL® Herbal Peeling is based on a medically refined and worldwide proven biological method, on a pure natural basis. It is safe and can be used with almost any skin type. GREEN PEEL® does not need machines and successfully solves various of skin problems.
The fruit acid peeling however is a chemical peeling, which is based on milk-, lemon-, apple- or wine-acid. A fruit acid peeling is preferable done in low-sunlight months, as during the summer months there has to be paid a lot of attention to sun exposure. This kind of peeling requires 8-10 sessions in weekly intervals before showing visible results.
